Job summary

A leading IT consulting firm is seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to analyze and support the migration of Oracle Forms applications. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL and APEX development. Responsibilities include establishing UI/UX standards, conducting data analysis, and mentoring IT staff. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. This remote position prefers local candidates from Harrisburg area.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience developing in Oracle PL/SQL, including stored procedures, functions, and packages.
• 5–7 years of experience developing applications using Oracle APEX.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS (Oracle 19c preferred).
• Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and testing SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand existing Oracle Forms applications.
• Support migration to Oracle APEX and develop user interfaces.
• Generate technical and business documentation.
• Provide mentoring to IT staff.
• Conduct performance profiling and tuning.
