Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Rust and Python.
• Strong storage and data fundamentals (S3, Parquet/Arrow, PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Experience designing and operating high-throughput, low-latency services.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring.
• Experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Open source contributions are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate Content Library Rust services at scale.
• Own features end-to-end from design through deployment and production operations.
• Evolve the Python userland and support engineers across the company.
• Lead cross-functional projects with ML, search, product, and data teams.
• Drive performance and cost-efficiency across the stack.
• Strengthen governance with data lineage and access controls.
