The Toro Company seeks an eCommerce Lead Developer to drive architecture and hands-on development of Optimizely Commerce solutions for our Bloomington, MN portfolio. You will steer feature development, platform enhancements, and maintenance across on-premises and hybrid deployments.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years coding experience with 5+ years in Optimizely Commerce, strong .NET/C#, and full-stack capabilities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years hands-on Optimizely Commerce experience.
• Experience leading technical design and architecture for eCommerce solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, and implementation of Optimizely Commerce solutions, including new features and platform enhancements.
• Serve as technical authority for Optimizely Commerce architecture decisions and establish standards for development, integration, and deployment.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, perform code reviews, and promote knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with product owners through the full development lifecycle from definition to delivery, testing, and support.
• Design and develop integrations between Optimizely Commerce and ERP, CRM, PIM, payment gateways, and APIs.
• Produce technical documentation for solution design, integration specs, and support procedures.
• Drive performance tuning, scalability improvements, and automation to increase platform reliability.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and tools relevant to the eCommerce ecosystem.
