Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Naperville, IL is seeking a Senior Optimizely Developer to lead design, customization, and maintenance of Optimizely CMS/DXP solutions. You will architect integrations with Salesforce, Marketo, and other services while building robust back-end services with .NET technologies.

The role requires deep expertise in Optimizely, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and SQL databases, with strong problem-solving and independent work ability. A Bachelor's degree is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional development experience.
• 5+ years delivering Optimizely CMS/DXP solutions.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• RESTful services, OAuth 2.0, and JSON experience.
• Solid understanding of web development fundamentals and MS SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, customization, and maintenance of Optimizely CMS/DXP solutions for performance and scalability.
• Architect and develop integrations between Optimizely and third‑party services (Salesforce, Marketo, analytics).
• Back-end development with .NET C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core, ensuring content workflows and data consistency.
• Implement personalization, A/B testing, and experimentation in Optimizely.
• Conduct code reviews and collaborate with cross‑functional teams including front-end and PMs.
• Troubleshoot Optimizely CMS integrations, caching, and Core Web Vitals performance.

Senior Optimizely Developer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Experience: 10+ years of professional development experience, with 5+ years specifically delivering solutionson Optimizely CMS/DXP .
• Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core . Deep understanding of ASP.NET MVCand Web API .
• API Integration: Proven experience in designing and building robust API integrations. Experience with RESTful services,OAuth 2.0 authentication, and JSON .
• Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of web development fundamentals, databases (MS SQL),and service-oriented architecture .
• Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running .

Roles & Responsibilities

• Optimizely Development: Lead the design, customization, and maintenance of solutions on Optimizely CMSand DXP, ensuring high performance and scalability .
• API & Systems Integration: Architect and develop seamless integrations between Optimizely and third-party services,including CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Marketo), analytics tools, and internal systems .,Extensive experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and webhooks is critical .
• Backend Architecture: Build and maintain backend services using .NET C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.Ensure efficient content workflows, publishing processes, and data consistency .
• Digital Experience Optimization: Implement personalization, A/B testing, and experimentation features to drive business outcomes . Work with Optimizely Web Experimentation and feature flagging .
• Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, uphold best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, designers, and project managers .
• Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Optimizely CMS integrations, caching,and Core Web Vitals performance .

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies .
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus .
• Optimizely certifications (CMS or Commerce) are advantageous .
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) or headless CMS implementations .
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) .
