Bamboo Health is a leading Real-Time Care Intelligence company focusing on healthcare outcomes. The Optimization Manager will own retention and expansion for a 150+ account portfolio, leveraging AI insights to drive signed optimization plans and logged expansion revenue.

The role emphasizes judgment over automation, requiring negotiation, conversations, and strategic cross-sell opportunities to protect and grow ARR in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in customer success, account management, or a revenue-driven role with retention/expansion ownership.
• Comfort making commercial calls and discount decisions within playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own retention and expansion outcomes for a 150+ account portfolio.
• Close renewals and log savings as attributed to you.
• Lead up-sell and cross-sell pitches and obtain customer sign-off.
• Run live optimization sessions, diagnose gaps, and present the recommended plan.
• Negotiate discounts and product swaps within approved playbooks.
• Escalate cross-functional issues to prioritize customer impact.
• Validate CS health scores and pre-populated success plans before outreach.
