Bamboo Health is seeking an Optimization Manager to own retention and expansion for a 150+ account portfolio. The role focuses on turning AI-surfaced signals into signed optimization plans, renewals, and expanded revenue, with negotiations and customer conversations at the core.

Success is measured in dollars retained and opportunities converted, not just reports. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive savings, plan approvals, and long-term account health in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, account management, or revenue roles with retention/expansion focus.
• Experience negotiating discounts or product swaps within approved playbooks.
• Ability to run diagnostic conversations and land on actionable recommendations.
• Comfort with AI-supported tools and remote-first collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Decide if existing success plans fit the account and push for signed, customer-acknowledged closes.
• Close renewals and log retention impact as a separate line item.
• Pitch up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and secure next steps.
• Lead live optimization sessions and obtain customer sign-off.
