Job summary

Bamboo Health is seeking an Optimization Manager to own retention and expansion outcomes for a 150+ account portfolio. You will translate AI‑surfaced signals and usage gaps into signed optimization plans, logged expansion revenue, and keep revenue momentum through effective conversations and negotiations.

This leadership role focuses on high-stakes accounts, driving renewals, and cross-sell opportunities while working in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in customer success, account management, or a consultative revenue role with retention/expansion ownership.
• Comfort making commercial calls and discount decisions.
• Ability to run live diagnostic conversations and land on recommendations.
• Experience with AI-supported tools and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Decide whether ChurnZero/Salesforce plans are right for at-risk accounts and drive to signed closes.
• Close save commitments and renewals for high-risk accounts with logged retention impact.
• Pitch up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and land the deal.
• Lead live optimization sessions and secure customer sign-off.
• Negotiate discounts within approved playbooks and flag exceptions when needed.
• Escalate cross-functional issues to prioritized resolutions.
• Validate health scores and ROI drafts before sending to customers.
