Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in strategy, insights, product marketing, or healthcare consulting.
- 3+ years direct behavioral health experience.
- Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics in behavioral and physical health ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior strategy leaders to build a 12–24 month strategic roadmap for Behavioral Health solutions.
- Work with product, analytics, sales, and marketing to drive commercialization and go-to-market success.
- Conduct client interviews and market analysis to identify opportunities and inform priorities.
- Lead innovation sessions to explore AI- and data-driven approaches for integrated health solutions.
- Create narratives and enablement materials for sales and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with sales leaders to prepare for client engagements with tailored strategies.
- Track the effectiveness of strategic deliverables and iterate based on feedback.
