Job summary

IKS Health is hiring a Full Time Profee & Facility Ophthalmology Medical Coder for remote work in the United States. The role requires robust ophthalmology coding experience, CPC/COC/CIC/CCA/CCS/CCS-P/RHIT or RHIA credentials, and proficiency in Profee-PB and Facility -HB ophthalmology charts.

You will abstract and code physician and facility records using ICD-10-CM, CPS, and CPT, ensuring accurate DRG assignment and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 3 years of related coding experience.
• Experience coding Profee-PB and Facility -HB Ophthalmology charts.
• Epic with 3M, 360 experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coding and abstracting services for physician and facility records.
• Assign principal diagnosis, procedures, and other codes per UHDDS and client guidelines.
• Maintain current coding knowledge and participate in team trainings.
