Job summary

DHL Group is seeking an Operational Performance Manager to lead Implementation Advisors and site leadership across regions in implementing the Operations Management System. You will coordinate standardized deployments, collaborate with IT for data integration, and drive continuous improvement within DHL Supply Chain standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent General Management or Above Experience.
• 7+ years of experience in large scale Lean/Operations Management Systems Transformation.
• 5+ years of Operations experience, required.
• 2+ years of Logistic industry experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead Implementation Advisors and Site Leadership teams to implement Operations Management Systems.
• Coordinate and direct the delivery of consistent implementations across regions/sites.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate/ extract data from WMS/TA systems for implementation.
• Analyze data to identify gaps where source systems lack data format/detail.
• Define site-specific OM DS Concept with site leadership as basis for OMS configuration.
• Create location mappings to support future flexibility and standards deployment.
