Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operational Performance General Manager to lead site and sector performance across the national footprint. The role pays a wide salary range of $85,000 to $150,000 and requires strong leadership in logistics operations.

You will drive labor planning, standardization and continuous improvement, communicate metrics up the ladder, sponsor major OE projects, and partner with regional teams to optimize P&L impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience
• 2+ years in logistics industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of consistent operational processes and results across sites and accounts
• Drive labor planning, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate performance metrics and initiatives up the hierarchy and with customers
• Engage with Operational Excellence for guidance on core OE activities at single or multi-site level
• Sponsor projects related to operational performance and site-level initiatives
• Educate and align site leadership on performance disciplines with business/account strategies
