Qualifications

• Experience in startup, implementation, or go-live activities.
• Experience in a data center, server logistics, or high-tech warehousing environment with serialized assets and ESD handling.
• Ability to manage daily floor operations and supervise multi-shift teams.
• Experience with facility activations and ramp-ups, systems deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop Supervisors and indirect reports, building an inclusive culture.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans and standardized processes.
• Uphold health and safety compliance and foster a safety-focused culture.
• Produce KPI reports on productivity, accuracy, and other metrics for decision making.
• Foster open communication and cross-functional collaboration with leadership and associates.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership on hiring Supervisors and top talent.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and improve service levels.
