This role is remote and offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management system implementation or operations in real estate.
• Familiar with property management software.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and HUD regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Gather documentation for property management system product implementations.
• Complete implementations within timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Review regulatory documents for correct system configuration.
• Conduct post-migration reviews of system setup.
• Work with teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Contribute to Single Stack conversion for 24-36 months.
