Responsibilities

• Lead a team with responsibility for tactical and project outcomes.
• Provide leadership for the department and train Operations staff.
• Compile certifications for Operations Department.
• Work on special projects and organize the escheatment process.
• Determine work procedures and expedite workflow.
• Resolve complaints and perform supervisory duties in the absence of a Supervisor.
