Job summary

Skyline Payments is seeking an Operations Manager to design and scale our internal operations. You will structure workflows, automate processes, and build systems that grow with the business.

This role requires a systems thinker who can translate complex needs into repeatable processes, own CRM configurations, and deliver KPI dashboards that drive measurable efficiency.

You will work remotely with a contractor agreement and play a key part in our growth during a pivotal expansion phase.

Qualifications

• Experience building SOPs and operational frameworks from scratch.
• Strong background in internal operations (CRM, onboarding, lifecycle management).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or native CRM workflows).
• Experience owning and configuring CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Proven ability to define, track, and optimize SLAs and KPIs.
• Experience building dashboards using BI tools or native reporting systems.
• Demonstrated track record of improving operational efficiency with measurable results.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to work independently while driving cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SOPs across Relationship Management, Onboarding, and lifecycle management.
• Define and operationalize SLAs including response times and onboarding timelines.
• Audit current operations to identify inefficiencies and redesign for scale.
• Develop automation workflows to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
• Own and configure core tools including CRM and onboarding/support systems.
• Design and maintain dashboards to track performance and SLA adherence.
• Translate business needs into structured workflows and system configurations.
• Establish QA processes, audits, and continuous improvement loops.
• Create detailed playbooks and documentation to support growth and handovers.
