Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP offers remote work from home with a schedule 11:00AM-8:00PM EST. The Operations Support Specialist will handle SCRA/BK checks, QC reviews, and prepare affidavits and foreclosure chronologies for clients and attorneys.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; basic foreclosure knowledge is preferred. The role supports client requests, collaborates with multiple departments, and aims to improve processes while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work remotely and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Run SCRA/BK checks.
• View and confirm SCRA/BK checks via automation.
• Perform quality control of checks uploaded to client systems.
• Prepare affidavits.
• Prepare chronologies.
• Communicate with clients regarding SCRA/Pacer and chronologies.
• Assist with process improvement and file management.
• Coordinate with other departments on performance summaries and remediation.
