Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a detail-driven Temporary Operations Specialist to partner with our Account Team, support client programs from start to finish, and ensure timely, accurate execution. This client-facing role focuses on data review, quality control, and cross-functional collaboration to drive outcomes.

The position offers remote work with occasional travel, 35–40 hours weekly (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm EST/CST), with a laptop and stipends provided.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, using and manipulating spreadsheets, pivot tables, basic formulas such as XLookup and Vlookup.
• Some account management or relevant business operations experience with direct client interaction
• Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels
• Skilled at collaborating and problem solving with demonstrated critical thinking skills
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of review for rep reported data and quality control. This position requires you to review results and compare against expectations providing feedback on results to clients and internal partners.
• Maintain quality results while performing repetitive tasks in a highly detailed environment
• Support the achievement of key performance indicators for given projects by setting and managing all timelines with the client
• Collaborate, communicate, and partner with all cross-functional teams to provide successful results
• Communicate program goals and provide strategic written communication and project oversight for all details within ActionLink management systems
• Structure and execute project-specific quality assurance analysis
• Assist with fulfillment orders and administration when needed based on capacity
• Report program performance results and initiate continuous improvements
