Acosta Sales & Marketing, a leader in retail marketing solutions, is seeking a detail-driven Temporary Operations Specialist to support client sales programs from start to finish. You’ll drive execution, track performance, and coordinate across timelines with a client-facing role.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, review data quality, and contribute to continuous improvements while working remotely with occasional travel. Strong Excel skills and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Some account management or relevant business operations experience with direct client interaction.
• Organized, analytical, and team-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key review point for rep reported data and quality control.
• Review results against expectations and provide feedback to clients and internal partners.
• Maintain quality results while performing repetitive tasks in a detailed environment.
• Support achievement of KPIs by setting and managing timelines with the client.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful results.
• Communicate program goals and provide project oversight in ActionLink management systems.
• Structure and execute project-specific quality assurance analyses.
• Assist with fulfillment orders and administration when needed.
• Report program performance results and initiate continuous improvements.
