Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Security Project Manager to scale the OCISO's operational excellence. You will lead cross-functional security initiatives, build governance, and translate data into insights for technical and executive stakeholders.

The role is based in Boston, MA, with a focus on delivering strategic outcomes through structured planning and governance. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical/project management within security domains, strong Jira/Confluence

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, security operations, GRC, or IT operations.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional security initiatives from planning through execution with defined scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
Drive security portfolio planning and execution with leadership to manage roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, and delivery risks.
Develop and improve security program governance with standardized processes, docs, cadences, and best practices for consistent execution.
Build executive dashboards and reporting by aggregating data from Jira, Confluence, and GRC platforms for visibility into health and risk.
Administer Jira projects and Confluence docs, optimize workflows, and scale security operations through automation.
Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Privacy, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to remove blockers and ensure project delivery.
