Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in operations or project management with execution responsibility.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and bring projects to completion.
• Strong experience using CRM, project management tools, spreadsheets, and remote collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confident in following up and holding others accountable to commitments.
• Sharp judgment and ability to act independently or seek clarification as needed.
• Attention to detail and a habit of checking work for accuracy.
• Comfort with startup pace and evolving priorities.
• Ownership mindset and ability to close loops and drive progress.

Responsibilities

• Turn business priorities into actionable project plans with owners, deadlines, dependencies and standards.
• Manage selected projects from planning through delivery.
• Lead focused team check-ins and hold team members to agreed deadlines.
• Identify blockers and resolve issues, proposing next steps.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipelines, lead records, follow-up tasks, and handoffs.
• Coordinate timelines for onboarding, new initiatives, partnerships, and internal improvements.
• Track operational issues to ensure they're addressed and resolved.
• Coordinate reporting deadlines for revenue management and bookkeeping workflows.
• Ensure workflows are followed and handoffs between teams are smooth.
• Provide the founder with updates on progress, risks, and priorities.
