Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Plymouth, MN offers a summer internship with the Work Dynamics team. You will support operations and project management, enter work orders, coordinate meetings, and help prepare reports.

You will gain hands-on experience with vendor coordination, budgeting support, and process improvements while building MS Office skills and exposure to commercial real estate. Dates: June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with 2–3 years completed in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Interest in the commercial real estate industry and related fields.

Responsibilities

• Enter project work orders and maintain project data in work orders.
• Coordinate meeting invites and transcribe meeting minutes.
• Manage requirements, reports, and progress updates.
• Coordinate vendor activities and calendar updates.
• Create RFPs, review/vendor proposals and invoices.
• Identify process improvements to enhance project delivery.
