Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Cambridge, MA and Plymouth, MN offers an exciting Center of Excellence Intern role. You will learn to support a project management team to deliver challenging commercial real estate projects, while adopting new technologies and improving processes.

This internship emphasizes initiative, teamwork, and hands-on participation from start to finish. The program runs June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027, with a compensation range of 8,400 to 10,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years completed in a field related to Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or Accounting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer service and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate across multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in the commercial real estate industry, property management and broad CRE exposure.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Previous accounting, construction, or real estate support experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Enter project work orders and maintain project data in the system.
• Manage requirements, reports, and progress updates; keep documents accurate and accessible.
• Coordinate vendor activities, gate passes, escorts, shutdowns, and calendar updates.
• Participate in project walks with clients and contractors to confirm scope of work.
• Create RFPs, review vendor proposals and invoices; ensure adherence to agreements.
• Identify process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
• Collaborate to create reports, presentations, budgets, playbooks, and other deliverables using PM tools.
