About Us

We are a leading dental institute specializing in advanced dental education, including hands-on courses, live patient training, and programs taught by world-class faculty. As we expand, we are seeking a proactive, remote Operations/Project Manager to help streamline operations, deliver an exceptional experience for our participants, and support our continued growth.

Position Summary

The Operations/Project Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage course and event logistics, and implement efficient processes across the organization—all in a remote setting. You will work directly with the Director, faculty, vendors, and students to ensure seamless delivery of our educational programs. This is a hands-on, multi-tasking role ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, taking initiative, and making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the institute remotely, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor coordination
• Project manage educational programs from planning to execution (timelines, deadlines, course materials, event coordination, etc.)
• Supervise and support remote administrative staff (back office, front desk/student services)
• Act as main point of contact for faculty, vendors, and students regarding logistics
• Track and report on key operational metrics (attendance, revenue, expenses, feedback)
• Improve and document operational processes for efficiency and scalability
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires and contractors
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise
• Collaborate with the Director to execute strategic initiatives and special projects

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in operations, project management, office management, or educational program coordination (remote experience strongly preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; attention to detail is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus)
• Tech savvy—comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs, cloud-based collaboration tools, and virtual event platforms
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively solve problems
• Experience in healthcare, education, or event management is highly valued
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
