Job summary

Dexian is seeking an Operations Manager for a newly established, transaction-focused financial services business. You will work directly with leadership and own the operational details that keep transactions and the organization moving.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of operations experience in M&A, advisory, investment banking, public accounting, finance, tax, or another professional services environment
• This is not an accounting role. Financial knowledge is valuable, but operational execution, organization, judgment, and ownership are what will make someone successful.
• Bachelor's Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial transaction documentation, deadlines, and workflows
• Support entity formation and administration
• Coordinate with accounting, tax, appraisal, broker-dealer, and other outside partners
• Manage projects and follow-ups across multiple workstreams
• Help build efficient processes as the company grows
