Job summary

Dexian, a leading staffing and IT solutions provider, seeks a Loan Operations professional to deliver client service, analytics, and process improvements for high-value transactions. You will support cross-functional teams and help optimize processing workflows with an eye for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
• Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting preferred
• Detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
• Familiarity with technical applications to include, but not limited to, MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
• Provide analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems.
• Advise organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
• Participate in product development, enhancement, and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of high value transactions.
