Job summary

Inspire Experiences is seeking an Operations Manager to own a portfolio of escorted group tours, negotiate with DMCs, lock allocations, build manifests and rooming lists, and keep every detail on track from departure to post-trip.

You’ll drive yield and revenue, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate bookings end-to-end. The role relies on ClickUp, HubSpot, and WeTravel, and is remote with travel up to 30%. A passion for service and strong project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in tour operations, DMCs, or travel industry
• Strong contracting and operations experience
• Proven ability to manage complex itineraries and timelines
• Excellent vendor communications and relationship management

Responsibilities

• Manage experience operations—own a portfolio of sold tours and ensure on-time departures
• Negotiate and contract with DMCs and suppliers for competitive terms
• Drive yield and revenue across the portfolio
• Manage supplier execution and bookings end-to-end
• Oversee systems, SOPs, data, and process improvements in booking platforms
• Prepare guests and tour leaders with itineraries, documents, and requirements
• Safeguard safety and quality across all operations
• Support tours on the road and participate in emergency coverage as needed
• Reconcile invoices, track variances, and feed lessons learned back to Product
