Job summary

Corporate Travel Management is seeking an Operations Manager for the Concierge Team to lead, mentor and develop a high-performing group delivering exceptional client service. This role will interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent quality and efficient operations.

You will drive service standards, coach staff, and align team efforts with client outcomes while managing scheduling, performance reviews and daily operational needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience in corporate travel preferred.
• Proficiency with Sabre, Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, development, mentorship and direction to the Concierge Team to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Monitor and improve service standards and client outcomes through KPI tracking and coaching.
• Coordinate with account management and sales to forward-plan and support client needs.
• Plan and implement new service products, programs and initiatives with the team.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and foster a positive team culture.
