Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and prior experience preferred.
• Extremely team oriented with strong communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Able to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments and meet deadlines.
• Superior communication skills and outstanding customer service.
• Detail oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Handle confidential information professionally.
• Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight stays.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of release of information specialists to achieve goals quickly and profitably.
• Set vision, standards, and performance metrics with leadership.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff while upholding core values and culture.
• Coordinate with client success to ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Oversee client onboarding, project management, and monthly reviews.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain SOPs; manage training.
