Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in operational executive operations, with 5+ years in project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact at all levels.
• Proven teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management, with delegation abilities.
• Customer service orientation with discretion and confidentiality.
• Adaptable to changing priorities with a proactive attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to drive long-term projects to completion.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and general business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer operational requests end-to-end, including tickets, information flow, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee all satellite installations from request through site survey to completion.
• Coordinate activation/deactivation of sites with the Business Operations Coordinator.
• Prepare and coordinate electronic mailings to ReddiNet customers.
• Maintain and update the customer contact database.
• Triage and validate incoming issues by reproducing bugs before escalation to development.
• Plan and coordinate internal engagements, meetings, and team events to support alignment.
