Hae CPG is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead client operations, logistics, and supplier relations from a remote US base with EST hours. You will work with the leadership team to optimize transport, inventory, and reporting across multiple clients.

You will drive process improvements, manage vendor partnerships, and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment for retail and e-commerce channels. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in retail/CPG operations, startup experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, self-starting, and able to manage multiple clients.
• Proficient with Excel, data formatting, and retail math.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily client operations across logistics, inventory, and reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with brand teams, vendors, and retailers.
• Create and maintain SOPs, templates, and client documentation.
• Support inventory reconciliation, outbound logistics, and freight operations.
• Ensure timely shipping of retail orders across channels and platforms.
• Audit 3PL, freight, and shipping costs for cost-effectiveness.
• Manage retailer routing, chargebacks, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate ERP, retail platforms, WMS, and middleware integrations.
• Oversee relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and suppliers.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and ensure documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and implement inventory controls.
• Administer POs and timelines, aligning with demand forecasts.
