Job summary

Storage Asset Management is seeking a Part-Time Remote Operations Site Manager to oversee maintenance, groundskeeping, and janitorial tasks at assigned self-storage properties. The role requires strong customer service, safety focus, and the ability to travel between sites as needed.

Excellent team culture and clear path for advancement are emphasized. Regular hours typically fall between 8am–6pm with some weekend work depending on location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year Property Maintenance or self-storage experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record.
• Basic mechanical and technology skills using smartphones, apps, and other tools.
• Strong safety awareness and a proven hard worker with a positive attitude.
• Good organizational and prioritization skills; flexible to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and safety standards.
• Inspect storage units for availability and security; prepare units for rent.
• Coordinate maintenance with 3rd party vendors; oversee grounds and housekeeping.
• Record daily arrival/departure for payroll purposes and travel between locations.
