ClearHome Self Storage is seeking a Part-Time Facility Manager to ensure smooth operations across our property. You will oversee maintenance tasks, security, and daily communications with the onsite team, leadership, and tenants to keep the facility running efficiently.

Responsibilities include light repairs, inspections, vendor coordination, and assisting with U-Haul operations. The role emphasizes safety compliance and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility maintenance by completing light repairs and submitting work orders.
• Maintain property cleanliness and security, conduct inspections, monitor cameras for safety gaps.
• Coordinate vendor visits onsite and assist in sourcing new vendors for timely repairs.
• Provide on-site customer service and address tenant inquiries and concerns.
• Assist with U-Haul operations and auctions, including move-ins/outs and inventory checks.
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE usage in daily operations.
