Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Convert inquiries into immediate storage rentals.
• Elevate the customer experience with facility tours.
• Maintain the facility to ensure premium presentation.
• Conduct daily facility inspections.
• Implement marketing plans following guidelines.
• Establish presence in local associations and community functions
• Mentor assistant managers with sales acumen
• Proactively manage rent collections and fees
• Keep precise accounting records and transparency
