• 8+ years of leadership experience in multi-unit hospitality or similar service environments.
• Proven success in building operating systems and leadership development programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and drive adoption of new initiatives.
• Experience piloting and scaling innovative solutions in complex environments.
• Strong project management skills with stakeholder engagement expertise.
