Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in nonprofit operations, systems management, or administration.
• Tech-forward mindset with experience optimizing software systems and leveraging AI tools.
• Proven expertise in nonprofit budgeting, HR administration, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
• Detail-driven, highly organized, and able to manage cross-functional initiatives in a fully remote environment.
• Discretion and confidentiality regarding personnel, financial, and legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Technology & Operational Efficiency: evaluate platforms for efficiency, automation, and scalability; reduce manual work.
• Finance & Accounting Management: draft budgets, forecasts, and cash flow; manage banking and payroll oversight.
• Human Resources & Benefits Administration: oversee benefits, onboarding/offboarding, open enrollment, and HIPAA compliance.
• Administration & Infrastructure: support governance, contracts, shared drives, and vendor review.
• Key Objectives: audit tech stack, roll out workflow improvements, and ensure compliance across filings.
