Job summary

Weekday is seeking an Operations Intern to keep the interview process organized, coordinate with candidates and interviewers, and ensure interviews run smoothly in a fast-moving startup environment.

This hands-on role offers exposure to recruitment operations, remote work, a 6-month internship, and a monthly stipend of ₹15,000, from 9 AM to 5 PM IST, with a PPO opportunity based on performance.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate from any discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates, interviewers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily interview schedules and help candidates and interviewers join on time.
• Make reminder calls and follow up on delays, no-shows, and scheduling concerns.
• Coordinate interview rescheduling, cancellations, and last-minute changes.
• Maintain accurate records of interview attendance, status updates, and follow-ups.
• Work with internal teams to identify and resolve coordination issues quickly.
• Suggest improvements for a smoother interview experience.
• Take ownership of time-sensitive tasks with attention to detail.
