Job summary

Weekday is hiring a Talent Operations Associate Consultant on a 6-month contract (high performance may extend or become full-time). The role is remote from India with a 9-hour work schedule and a base salary of ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month plus incentives.

You will screen candidates, research client roles, and manage end-to-end candidate communications while using Airtable, Slack, and CRM tools to deliver insights and maintain quality standards. This is a launchpad for growth in startup hiring.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive role research to guide candidate discussions.
• Capture rigorous data and evaluation using structured rubrics.
• Manage candidate experience and feedback end-to-end with stakeholders.
• Master talent operations tools to deliver accurate reporting.
