Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking an Operations Fraud Specialist for a fully remote role within the Bank's footprint. The position focuses on reviewing deposits and transactions for potential fraud, leveraging Direct Link Risk Review, and monitoring Digital Banking activity such as Zelle and transfers.

The role involves training teammates, refining processes, and ensuring compliance with banking policies. Strong communication and prioritization skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of banking experience, preferably in operations.

Responsibilities

• Review mobile, remote deposit capture, ATM and branch deposits for potential fraud.
• Review Zelle, External Transfers and transaction monitoring within Digital Banking for suspected fraud.
• Assist in training, testing and implementation of process and procedure changes.
• Collaborate with peers and leaders to gain efficiency.
• Maintain documentation for procedures and systems.
