Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support global logistics and fulfillment operations. You will coordinate shipments, manage exceptions, and drive improvements while liaising with customers, carriers, and 3PLs.

This is a full-time on-site role at the assigned facility, starting November 2026. Candidates should have at least two years in logistics and strong proficiency in Excel, TMS/WMS/ERP systems, and data analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in logistics, transportation, or fulfillment coordination.
• Experience handling domestic and international shipments across parcel, air, ocean, and specialized modes.
• Familiarity with trade documentation, customs processes, and DG awareness.
• Experience with TMS/WMS/ERP or case management platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and AI data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, bookings with carriers and 3PLs, and manage EC/DG docs.
• Monitor end-to-end shipment activity and service levels; resolve delays and exceptions.
• Respond to inquiries with status updates and guidance on logistics processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners; support onboarding and performance reviews.
