Job summary

EOS IT Solutions seeks a Logistics & Fulfilment Coordinator to own the path from warehouse receipt to carrier pickup. You will coordinate inbound deliveries, warehouse execution, and outbound fulfilment, ensuring timely information and clear tasks for the warehouse team and Project Managers.

The role requires a third-level degree in Supply Chain or related field and hands-on warehouse experience. You will verify labels, serial numbers, and asset data while using WMS and Excel.

Qualifications

• Third-level degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail in verifying shipments, labels, and serial numbers.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple shipments under pressure.
• Strong communication across warehouse, project managers, order management, and logistics partners.

Responsibilities

• Work with Order Management on inbound ETAs and briefing before freight arrives.
• Create pick tickets and shipment tasks for the warehouse.
• Verify shipments in the warehouse (parts, labeling, addresses).
• Capture serial numbers and asset data accurately before movement.
• Coordinate with logistics to hand over shipments to carriers.
• Push for confirmed installation dates and avoid idle hardware in transit.
• Escalate storage concerns when timelines slip and coordinate on-site storage.
• Identify opportunities to receive hardware directly into customer-owned stock.
• Maintain records of inbound receipts, warehouse tasks, and shipment status.
• Keep all teams aligned and informed throughout the process.
