Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Logistics Coordination Lead to own back-of-house device operations for major programs. You will manage ordering, provisioning, staging, shipping, and on-site distribution across the full event cycle, while interfacing with partners and VIP guests at high-visibility events.

You will also handle inventory control, reconciliation, and post-event recovery, ensuring SOPs are followed and staff are trained for peak volumes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, inventory management or event operations.
• Strong operational planning and coordination skills for high-volume events.
• Comfortable working in VIP-facing environments and maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end device prep for events: sourcing, provisioning, and packaging to standard.
• Manage provisioning throughput and establish repeatable SOPs for readiness.
• Oversee on-site provisioning and hardware support during events.
• Coordinate shipping, staging, and return reconciliation across warehouse cycles.
• Track inventory, serialization, and device custody across programs.
• Provide on-site distribution support at wearables stations and guest onboarding.
