Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Remote Operations/Program Coordinator to support field operations from the backend. You will review technician paperwork, verify installation documentation and photos, update internal systems, and track project data to ensure accuracy and quality standards.

This 6-month contract is fully remote (equipment provided), $21.00–$22.00/hr, with weekly pay and benefits. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST, ASAP start, with potential for permanent hire.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, operations, program coordination, or related experience.
• Strong data entry and document review skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify paperwork submitted by field technicians.
• Ensure all required documentation, photos, and project information are complete and accurate.
• Update and maintain internal databases and tracking systems.
• Track project status, files, and correspondence.
• Support scheduling and coordination efforts for field teams.
• Process information accurately while maintaining quality standards.
• Generate reports and assist with administrative program support.
