America's Swimming Pool Company (ASP) is hiring an Operations Coordinator to organize scheduling and support customer service efforts in the Atlanta area. You will coordinate daily schedules for pool service and repair techs, manage work orders, and communicate clearly with customers to keep everyone informed.

We're seeking someone who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using multiple software systems.

Are you the person who can bring order to a busy day, solve problems before they become bigger problems, and keep everyone moving in the right direction?

America's Swimming Pool Company (ASP) is looking for an organized, resourceful, and customer-focused Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

We're a swimming pool maintenance and repair company, but this isn't really about pools. It's about people, communication, organization, and getting things done.

Every day is a little different. You'll work with customers, technicians, and fellow administrative team members to coordinate service appointments, manage scheduling changes, and make sure important details don't fall through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily schedules for our pool service and repair technicians.
• Organize work orders, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
• Communicate with customers regarding service needs, scheduling, and updates.
• Work closely with technicians to understand job requirements and priorities.
• Help keep jobs moving from customer request to completed service.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate information in our scheduling and customer management systems.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
