Job summary

ASP – America’s Swimming Pool Company in the United States is seeking a dedicated pool technician to provide on-site cleaning and maintenance for assigned customers. You will follow established cleaning methods, safely handle pool chemicals, diagnose and repair equipment, and manage a weekly route with daily tasks.

The role involves stocking chemicals, maintaining inventory, and using the Pool Ops app. Opportunities include renovations and upselling additional equipment to enhance customer

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Licensing requirements per state (if applicable).
• Certified Pool Operator license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site pool cleaning and maintenance for assigned customers.
• Follow established cleaning methods and safely handle chemicals.
• Diagnose and repair pool equipment including pumps, heaters, and filters.
• Manage weekly pool route and daily repair tasks.
• Stock and manage pool chemicals and adjust water chemistry.
• Maintain truck inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Use the Pool Ops mobile platform on a smartphone.
• Identify upsell opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Perform renovation work such as re-plaster, tile work, and deck projects (preferred).
• Adhere to ASP standards of integrity, knowledge, passion, and safety.
