Now Hiring: Operations Coordinator (Remote | Call Center/BPO)

Are you passionate about operations in the fast-paced world of call centers or BPO environments? We’re excited to announce an opening for an Operations Coordinator on our remote operations team at Ignition CX!

What’s the Role About?

As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in the behind-the-scenes success of our contact center operations. You'll partner with frontline leaders, workforce teams, and performance managers to ensure smooth day-to-day execution of key processes across campaigns and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support BPO/call center operations by collaborating with stakeholders on resource planning, intraday reporting, and performance analytics.
  • Maintain and distribute operational reports that drive visibility into KPIs like AHT, schedule adherence, and agent productivity.
  • Assist with scheduling adjustments, agent tracking, and compliance/audit-related activities.
  • Identify trends across campaigns and help execute initiatives that improve efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to documentation, SOP updates, and continuous process improvement projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in call center, workforce management, or BPO operations
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, shared drives, Excel
  • Experience with sales leadership, real-time management (RTA), or WFM is a plus
