Duties and Responsibilities

Employee will play a crucial role in assisting with creating efficiency gains through programmatic solutions, mitigating risk by establishing processes for auditing and maintaining data and ensuring business continuity within the Securities, ERISA and Antitrust team by expanding the knowledge base to counteract information silos. This role demands someone knowledgeable in process analysis and improvement with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows across departments.
  • Help to document and maintain detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and resolve process-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of long-term process improvement strategies.
  • Assist in enhancing the third-party portal for Securities
  • Assist in creating a fully functional programmatic deficiency engine for Securities
  • Assist in creating and implementing a data QA process for securities
  • Assist in creating a fully functional programmatic calc engine for Securities
  • Assist in modifying the third-party portal for Antitrust cases
  • Assist in modifying the deficiency engines for Antitrust cases
  • Assist in modifying the calc engine for both Antitrust and ERISA cases
  • Assist in creating process documentation
  • Assist in coding additional automated toolbox functions for daily operations
  • Assist in performing gap, data quality, duplicate, and fraud reviews Validating UAT calculation results to achieve production release

Qualifications and Experience

The essential qualifications include but are not limited to the following.

  • Strong expertise in data analysis to assess and refine operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific areas such as securities, antitrust, class actions, and ERISA.
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail in maintaining documentation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and deliver solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively share insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using project management and workflow optimization tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and practices to maintain procedural integrity.
