Job summary

TruAnchor is seeking an Operations & Compliance Administrator in St. Louis, MO (Remote/Hybrid) to provide centralized admin support across fleet, safety, procurement, and finance. You will coordinate fleet records, OSHA and workers' comp documentation, accounts payable, and bid portal administration.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information across multiple systems while supporting leadership with reporting and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Administrative support experience, including scheduling, documentation, and office coordination.
• Hands-on OSHA recordkeeping and injury/incident tracking experience.
• Experience with workers' compensation processes and medical reports review.
• Experience processing accounts payable invoices with coding/approval workflows.
• Experience with financial tracking, reporting, or month-end closing.
• Experience maintaining records in online portals or compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Fleet Operations Support: manage day-to-day fleet activities and records.
• Safety Administration: maintain OSHA records and injury tracking; support workers' comp process.
• Bid Portal Administration: manage portals, COIs, W-9s, and prequalification docs.
• Office & Administrative Support: general workflows, scheduling, vendor invoices, and reporting.
