Job summary

Cube Care Company is seeking a detail-oriented Reports & Operations Auditor to independently review departmental and employee reports. You will ensure information reported to management is accurate, complete, and supported by Odoo and company records.

Responsibilities include reviewing reports, identifying discrepancies, and tracking corrective actions through resolution to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with Odoo or a comparable ERP system.
• Experience reviewing reports and verifying source documentation.
• Strong spreadsheet and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple departments.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
• Purchasing, inventory, accounting support, or operations experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Verify reported information against Odoo and supporting records.
• Identify missing information, incorrect figures, duplicate entries, and discrepancies.
• Review employee workloads, completed tasks, and overdue responsibilities.
• Audit purchasing, projects, customer orders, inventory, services, deliveries, and invoicing records.
• Document findings with supporting evidence and required corrective actions.
• Track issues until resolution.
• Escalate critical or recurring issues to management.
• Prepare a weekly management audit report summarizing findings and outstanding issues.
