Job summary

Cube Care is seeking a highly organized Project Assistant to support our Project Management Department. The role ensures projects are set up correctly, purchase orders are verified, and deadlines tracked, requiring meticulous attention to detail and proactive follow-up.

You will work remotely with our US-based team, using Odoo to manage project data, confirm quotes against POs, and keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to review documents and identify discrepancies.
• Strong follow-up skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with ODOO or other ERP/project management systems is an advantage.
• Previous experience in project administration, order processing, and purchasing coordination, or a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Setup & Order Verification: Create and set up new projects in Odoo, verify information, confirm quotes match customer purchase orders, ensure documentation is attached, assign tasks and deadlines.
• Purchase Order Confirmation: Review and confirm POs, verify pricing and quantities, identify discrepancies, follow up on missing/incorrect POs, coordinate with Purchasing, document in Odoo.
