Job summary

MatchaCFO is a remote-first fractional finance ops firm based in Silicon Valley, seeking an Operations Associate to support client and internal workflows. This contract role offers 20–40 hours per week and emphasizes detail-oriented, process-driven execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

As an early team member, you will coordinate across teams, maintain systems, and help scale operations while providing reliable day-to-day support for client onboarding, data management, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in operations, admin, or coordination, startup or professional services preferred.
• Based in the U.S. and able to work in a remote-first setup.
• Comfortable following structured processes and checklists.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and offboarding with established checklists.
• Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across engagements.
• Maintain records in Google Drive, Sheets, and Slack.
• Coordinate between accounting, FP&A, and data teams.
• Assist with basic reporting and status tracking.
